DEFINITIONS AND preferment

Ulema disagree about the law Duha prayer:
1. Most scholars argue that Duha prayer is Sunnah is absolute, and should a person can condition her every day. They postulate several hadith, including:
From Abu Hurairah radi 'anhu, he said: "My Beloved (Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam) made a will saying to me with three things: fasting three days in each month, praying Duha two raka'at in time, and pray Witr before sleeping .

TIME AND TOTAL rak'ah
Duha prayer time begins from the rising sun, which is about ¼ hour after sun rise until just before zawal (tergelincirnya sun), while not signed in time forbidden to pray. "Whoever prays twelve raka'at Duha, Allah will build the palace for him in heaven someday."
And among those who argue there is no maximum limit. And this is the opinion that more benarinsya God, based on the hadith of Aisha radi 'anha he said: "It is the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam praying Duha four raka'at and he adds (number raka'atnya) according to the will of God."
The explanation of Umm Hani that the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam prayed eight raka'at on saatFathu Makkah, then some scholars explain that the prayer of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa Fath sallamwaktu it is prayer, not pray Duha.
