Primacy of Duha Prayer


Praise we always prayed to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. Blessings and greetings may remain devoted to our role models, the Prophet MuhammadShallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, his family, his Companions and those who faithfully follow him until the Day of Judgement comes, amen.
The reader who blessed God Almighty, in this issue, God willing, we will describe the case relating to the Duha prayer. Hopefully, this presented a little heart can inspire us to want to get used to implement it, amen.
DEFINITIONS AND preferment
Duha in a language it means when the rising sun or rising sun. While it is known jurists, Duha is the time between sun rise until just before zawal (sliding sun). So pray Duha meaning sunnah prayer done at the time between the rising sun until just before zawal.
Many hadiths that explain about the primacy of Duha prayer, including the hadith of Abu Dhar radi 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam in fact he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Every one of his knuckles of you obliged to disedekahi every day. Thus every rosary is a charity, every tahmid is a charity, every tahlil is a charity, every Takbir is a charity, invite to goodness is a charity, and prevent from kemungkaran also alms. In another hadith, he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
"In the human body there are 360 ​​sections of bone. So obligatory for him every day for menyedekahi of each bone segment was with a charity. Ulema disagree about the law Duha prayer:
1. Most scholars argue that Duha prayer is Sunnah is absolute, and should a person can condition her  every  day. They postulate several hadith, including:
From Abu Hurairah radi 'anhu, he said: "My Beloved (Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam) made a will saying to me with three things: fasting three days in each month, praying Duha two raka'at in time, and pray Witr before sleeping .
And also the hadiths that explain the virtues of generality Duha prayer, especially the hadiths that explain that Duha prayer can change the duty of every segment of bone alms every day.
And also the words of the Messenger of generality alaihi wa sallam: "The practice is most loved by God is done in a sustainable manner, although slightly." 

2. Disunnahkan done occasionally, not continuously. Among the arguments used this argument are:
From Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri radi 'anhu who said: "It is the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam Duha prayer to the extent that we say he did not leave him. And he also left the Duha prayer to the extent that we say he did not do it. "
So and so said to Anas bin Jarud radi 'anhu: "Did the Prophet Duha prayer?" He replied, "I do not see him to pray Duha in addition to the day."
Aisha radi 'anha said: "It is when the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam abandon a practice even though he was happy to do it, then it is because he is afraid people will come do it then incumbent upon them that. And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not implement the Duha prayer at all, but I really do.

3. Not disunnahkan except when there is why, like when someone missed it disunnahkan night prayers for him for his mengqadha' diwaktu Duha. Among the arguments that show this opinion: 

a. What does this tell Umm Hani 'that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam entered his house at the time Fathu Makkah (the conquest of Makkah), then he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam eight baths and prayer time raka'at in Duha.
They said: 'Prayer eight raka'at conducted Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam caused by Fathu Mecca, and performed at the time of Duha coincidence '. 

b. The story of his prayer the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam at home' Itban bin Malik, when he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was invited to come to his house to perform the prayer, his prayer is finally where the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam used as a mosque (place of prayer), and pray that done Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam coincide in time Duha.

c. Aisha radi 'anha explains when asked Abdullah bin Syaqiq: "Do RasulullahShallallahu' alaihi wa sallam implement Duha prayer?" Then he replied, "No, except when beliauShallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam came home from traveling." 

Of the three opinions above, an opinion which is closer to the truth, God willing, the first opinion, that is absolutely disunnahkan Duha prayer, and also disunnahkan to get used every day, based on the generality hadiths that give impetus to implement the Duha prayer. Moreover, the hadiths that explain that Duha prayer can replace 360 ​​alms on human bone segment each day Wajid disedekahi.
As related to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that he did not condition her every day, then this does not mean no disyari'atkan Duha prayer. TIME AND TOTAL rak'ah
Duha prayer time begins from the rising sun, which is about ¼ hour after sun rise until just before zawal (tergelincirnya sun), while not signed in time forbidden to pray. Duha prayer raka'at minimum of two, with no dispute among scholars. This is based on the hadith which submitted in advance: "And all that could be fulfilled (or equivalent) with two raka'at which are done at the time of Duha." And also according to his will the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to Abu Hurairahradhiyallahu' anhu to not leave the two raka'at in time Duha.
But they disagree about the maximum limit. Some say the maximum is eight raka'at, based on the hadith of ibn Abd Abin Laila radi 'anhu who said: "No one ever preached to me that he saw the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam implement Duha prayer except Umm Hani '. In fact he told me that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam entered Makkah Fathu his home at the time, and then he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam prayed eight rak'ah
And there is a maximum of twelve raka'at opinion, based on the hadith of Anas ibn Malik radi 'anhu he said, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
"Whoever prays twelve raka'at Duha, Allah will build the palace for him in heaven someday."
And among those who argue there is no maximum limit. And this is the opinion that more benarinsya God, based on the hadith of Aisha radi 'anha he said: "It is the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam praying Duha four raka'at and he adds (number raka'atnya) according to the will of God."
The explanation of Umm Hani that the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam prayed eight raka'at on saatFathu Makkah, then some scholars explain that the prayer of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa Fath sallamwaktu it is prayer, not pray Duha. Suppose it is praying Duha prayer, then the number eight who made his raka'at sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not show restraint, but a particular incident or accident, he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam eight raka'at prayers.
